"The server in the bar was amazing. Other than that the apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking, the door didn’t lock and we had no towels. We stayed there for the pools and one was filthy and the other was drained so none were opened. "

"Le propriétaire a l’arrivé n’était pas là je l’ai appelé, il m’a répondu en effet mais m’a dit que sont habitation était inutilisable car inondé et qu’il annule de son côté pour me faire rembourser! A ce jour aucun nouvelle !!!! "

"It is near everything. The owner was helpful and pleasant. The TV didn't work properly, I think WiFi signal was strong enough. I highly recommend the apt."

"The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing.. The front desk is not 24/7 although im sure if you phoned someone would answer, eventually.., The place could really do with a good deep clean and a revamp entirely, as it does have great potential with a few caring touches. The center of the property is a winter garden...

"The riad is beautiful, everything is new and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is great, right in the heart of the medina. The breakfast is delicious, a typical Moroccan breakfast, super complete and freshly made. The two ladies at the reception are lovely and super attentive. Since it was our first time in Fez, they recommended the best places and helped us find a good guide to visit the old medina. We would definitely come back, and we will."

"This was our favorite hotel during our 3 week trip. The property and room were beautiful, the view from our room and terrace was stunning. Staff was absolutely 5 star: professional, friendly, helpful...and luckily spoke about 4-5 different languages! We extended our stay because we loved the hotel and town so much. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes. "

Good choice but…

"This isn't my first stay at the hotel. It has a brand perception that should be maintained. However, the breakfast offerings are lacking. I stayed in room 118 on the ground floor, and that room is in desperate need of renovation. In any other place in Europe, that room wouldn’t be used unless it had been refurbished!"
