"Overall, the hotel had some positives, but there were definitely areas that need improvement. The room was comfortable and clean, although a bit outdated compared to what I expected. The amenities were nice, and the staff throughout the hotel was friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the pool area service was extremely disappointing. The system of assigning one specific server to each guest/table created long delays and made the experience frustrating. We waited over 30 minutes just to place an order for room service/poolside food, and everything was very overpriced for the level of service provided. The concept they use for ordering simply doesn’t work efficiently during busy hours.
The hotel has potential because the atmosphere and staff are pleasant, but the service experience around the pool definitely took away from the stay."
