Room and bathroom were very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. Overall I have no complaints and would definitely stay at this location again. Parking lot is very small, but the facility itself is not very big, but could be a problem if they are fully booked. They do give you a parking tag so only guests are allowed to park in the lot. A few fast food places and stores are within walking distance.

Screaming fight between a man and woman in enclosed hallway outside my room. Room was somewhat shoddy. Very convenient to Amtrack station.

I kept having to ask for towels.
I was told that we had to empty our onw trash.
The room wasn't cleaned for 4 days.

I reserved this place because of the affordability. It comes with a very bare room, that is in dire need of tlc. Sheets and towels were about 20 years old. However they were clean...
There is a microwave, large tv and a fridge in the room. Also a coat racks.
It's very basic.

Fantastic location (3 min walk to SCAD). And neighborhood feels safe. Property was full of marijuana smell, sheets were used/dirty upon arrival, though staff corrected promptly and thoroughly the next morning. Room lighting is institutional white bulbs. But can’t beat the location.

Need at least half of refunds back!
I stayed for 2 nights and would of stayed another night but absolutely no hot water! I said anything they could do and nothing! I should of gotten at least half refund or something. 100$ a night for absolutely no hot water and i had coffee but no coffee pot!
I asked about the water they just said itscall out and never brought me a pot.
The hot water thing, to me ,should be a EXTREMELY GOOD reason to refund at least one night

Property was old , rooms needed updating and hallway was unsafe. A homeless man slept right outside my door Thursday night. I was awaken by his noise before daylight Friday morning. I fid enjoy the free parking and distance to shopping. Rate was too high for the property's condition

Place is very noisy. There is hallway door near my room that bangs all night long.
I went to the front desk to get a "do not disturb" sign and received one but staff still bangs on the door, usually very early in the morning.
Some of the staff look and behaves like they're on drugs.

A door outside my room slams extremely loud all through the day and night. Some type of motor inside the building runs 24/7.

the stay was nice. But the hotel charged my cc $104 after I had already paid in full on Hotels.com. I sent an email to the motel to remove the charge. I will update when they answer.

The beds were perfect. Clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Great shower and bright lights for putting on makeup! Floors and carpets could use some attention but it is an rather old facility. The staff very nice. Also, a very nice tv.

It was what I needed. Reasonable in every way. No problems. Is in a luxury resort? No, it is not. But it was walkable distance from SCAD, not much money, and comfortable. You will hear everything your neighbors do, but it wasnt a deal breaker.

My stay was ok. Only problem encountered was very small amount of toilet paper in bathroom. Called front desk clerk and was told that toilet paper would be delivered to room. Toilet paper never came. I went out and purchase some myself.
