I really liked this property for many reasons, including the room size, the breakfast, the service & parking. I thought it was cool they offer a complimentary wine & snack service during the week from 5-630p. The rooms were very spacious, and included everything you needed to prepare a meal, it just doesn't have an oven. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast & coffee options. I don't eat pork and they have a chef that prepares eggs, chicken sausage links & hash browns as a plate for each person. You can get bages, toast, muffins, oatmeal, cereal & fresh fruit. I would of loved a waffle machine, though they did well in the bread department. The coffee machine let you make lattes, cappuccino's, etc. Plus they had almond milk options. A flavored creamer option is my only suggestion. Thank you for being so nice & having a clean facility.

There were stains on the coach. Floor was dirty and some0ne had been in our bathroom before we got in the bar soap was opened. The hand towel was used. I was very disappointed with breakfast there were no bacon or sausage and the line was long just to get some eggs and toast.

Everything was great except breakfast. The minimal hot items were not self-serve, so there was usually a long line to get something simple like 2 or 3 eggs. In addition, the hot chocolate/latte machine didn’t work. However, overall it was. Nice stay.

The parking garage is somewhat challenging d/t very narrow, winding driveway. High risk for auto accidents and vehicle damage.

I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned between nights. The small garbage can was overflowing. No fresh towels. Beds unmade. For $350 a night, I expected better. The front desk gentleman was amazing and very friendly. Out room had a continuous banging noise that went on all night.

The hotel and the rooms were good, the breakfast had few options and the service was not very good, the Parking was supposedly included and they charged us for it and by the way, in a truck or a large SUV it is horrible to enter the parking lot, the hotel has a very good location and quiet, close to all attractions.

A step above the usual
Very conveniently located hotel across from the Fox Theatre. More spacious than others in its price range, featuring a kitchenette and a separate desk (which made it easier for a couple people to eat vs. a built in desk up against the wall). Great restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean and functional. It was a little confusing at first that the lower six (or five?) floors of the building were a different hotel. The exercise room is also larger than most. Breakfast was not fantastic, but was much more edible than a standard chain hotel breakfast. There were actual dishes and silverware (instead of disposable trash, which is huge), some fresh-cooked food, and decent fruit available. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back here.

It was a littler different not knowing exactly where to checkin but once I found the correct lobby, no issues. The water temperature for showers needs to be hotter but otherwise excellent place to stay - right across the street from fox theater for our show!

There is an error on Expedia that shows a room that sleeps 9. We went for an overnight kids birthday party so this was a great option. I called in advance to make sure we were good and they said the room did not sleep 9 but to ask for a roll away bed. When we got there they didn’t have roll aways and up upgrade was offered. The kitchen ran out of breakfast about 30 mins before it shut off. I have to give the breaksfast staff props though they were very nice and doing their best. The guy even went downstairs and got cheese to make us cheese eggs so saving grace there. Just misleading on the booking.

Great Location Downtown ATL
Central location and easy to get in/out of for car or foot travel. Marta station is next door, if interested. Unique parking garage structure—wind up to reach entrance like circling up a mountain and then squeezing in between cement pillars to get through entrance arm. Not a good idea to bring an F350 with a mini U-Haul attached (entertaining to watch this unfold). Our room didn’t have a working bathroom light, moved to another room. Extra steps to accommodate our party of 5–needed more linens, towels in new room. Breakfast has good options but it finishes at 9:30 and they are cleaning up at 9:15. Ran out of several items by 8:30 both days we were there. Room was clean and plenty of space for us. Nice to have kitchen area too. Be prepared for 3 separate GA taxes listed on bill—adds $75-$100 more.
