"The valet attendant was friendly and so helpful! We checked in with Marc and he was fabulous! We enjoyed some college football banter about our favorite teams! We was very helpful and treated us so great as we were there celebrating our birthdays! We checked out this morning and the lady who assisted us was fantastic as well! Didn’t get her name but I do remember her name tag said manager! We had a great stay!! "

"Twelve Midtown was everything! It’s located near shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. We stayed for three nights during Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter weekend and the location wasn’t too far from the Mercedes Benz stadium. It’s very clean and the decor gives a modern feel. The full kitchen and in-unit washer & dryer are a plus and it made it feel like we had everything we needed in one location. "Hotel was okay, little out dated. Looks more historic. Paint chipping and carpet lifting. Room was clean. Now the parking garage, first it’s $20 a day. Also you have to be in early since the garage is very tiny with few parking spots. If you have a van or SUV like me then you will have to pull in your mirrors and let everyone out before you back in. Other then that is was okay don’t think I will be returning. "

"The stay has a secure key access to enter the hotel, provides a safe and secure stay given that the area is not the safest. Hotel is directly across peachtree station which is highly beneficial. Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, chick fila, firehouse subs around to eat. The staff was really kind and friendly! My stay was great. Room was serviced while we were gone. "
