"Todo está muy bien, un lugar agradable y bueno, sobre todo la localización, solo que el personal de recepción no es muy amable e ignoran mucho sobre información acerca de las reservaciones, si te confirman con los mensajes etc. y aparte que el inglés no lo manejan así que fue un poco difícil para mí y mi pareja. Necesite traductor todo el tiempo, como ahora."

"Great location, walkable to many places, buses and metro are very nearby. Lots of food options. The apartment is on Reforma, and there's a construction site which is noisy. The room is not spotless clean. But acceptable. We checked in at 130am. Really late, the given code is not working. Running up and down asking front desk help, they are super nice and helpful to call the host. A new code provided so finally get in the room about 2am. Not a very smooth start! We booked our...

"When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. "
