Top Atibaia Hotel Reviews
Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport
8/10 Good
"The check-in process could benefit from better organization. There are four reception desks, arranged in two facing pairs, but apparently only three were operating. Without a clearly designated queue, guests formed separate lines, occasionally resulting in later arrivals being served first. Combined with the relatively slow service, this created some confusion and unnecessary delays. A more structured queuing system would certainly help improve the overall check-in experience."
