Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "

"Unfortunately I had to move into a 2 bedrooms because 1 bedroom block doesn’t have elevators. Staff was amazing especially Felicita who kept our apartment immaculate. Location was excellent due to close proximity to everything. Couches and beds could use upgrade. Wifi wasn’t too great but ok. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. The apartments met our needs. "

"Well to begin with they were illprepared"! After traveling for 13hours and 15minites the room was not ready. I had to wait 😭 for almost 1hour before I could go in the bathroom had awful sent that was emanating from the I felt sick just being in that room. Went to front desk demanding a transfer to another by the time I got in to #601 there were cockroaches all over it , complained then they send in the fumemigater but the roaches were still there. "Second time staying in the same apartment and the cleanliness standards have dropped. The were dead roaches and flies in the living room and dirt on the carpet. The apartment had some damage on the walls and signs of lack of repair or paint work. The shower head worked partially with inconsistent temperature regulation. And the sheets and pillows had wear and tears with a number of stains."

They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide.
