"Very very clean. Calming and quiet. Lovely wallking area around building. Playground down the road. Enough room for a big family. Very tall stairs a bit tricky with babies and no food options nearby so take your groceries."

"The property is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and very informative about the local area and the best spots to see wildlife. Great walking trail around the property with lots of birds and other tree creatures. The rooms were nice, bed was comfy. You don’t need an AC, the fan + windows were more than enough. "We got the 3bdrm, 3ba unit. Location was so convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go like: close to the daily night market, the pick up location of both Kuranda rail tour and Great Barrier Reef tours, Esplanade lagoon, great food (all under 10mins). So we didn’t need a car. Apt was clean and over all looked newer esp kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. "

"Good condition for the age. Basically you get what you pay for. We enjoyed our stay for 9 days.The pool was warm and refreshing in the hot and humid climate."

"I left a pair of my designer sunglasses in the apartment, and couldn’t find it, thought I left in one of the shops while shopping. Shortly after we checked out, I received an email asking if we left my glasses behind. Very professional and honest. Greatly appreciate. The place and clean and gave me a welcome vibe! "Exactly what we needed for our Cairns stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet, daily servicing and lovely staff. "

"When we arrived we had to clean the room, floors were dirty and sticky, wash mould off the bathroom wall tiles and ceiling and the sofa was also broken. Once we cleaned and propped up the sofa our stay was great. Best views and position on the Esplanade. Stayed for 4 weeks and would stay again."

"The office staff were very good and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the Room,could have had a little more attention, the drains in the bathroom were full of grim and floor felt grimy under your feet, shower recess was so slippery we almost slipped getting into the shower"

"I was visiting Cairns by myself so I liked the fact that there were only 5 units and they were in a secure building. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable, a simple bed topper might help ? Also the housekeeping was only average. I loved the location, it was quiet and could walk to the beach, the shops, and the bus stop. "
