"Very good location, very clean and very helpful staff. The only hickup is the free breakfast service. It’s not a user friendly nor an efficient system. On day 2 I got no breakfast. On day 3 I suddenly got three breakfasts. I don’t know if it was something I did wrong or a bug in the system but it was unfortunate. Everything else was top notch. Heartily recommended. "

"What a wonderful stay I had at The Modernist Hotel, it’s super stylish, really well located and easy to get to all the major sights, an amazing and very friendly young staff, from reception, the cafe and the bar, the cleaning staff, and crowning it all a fantastic roof top bar where you can drink looking at wonderful views of Athens. "Great hotel close to the core of Athens in a good neighborhood. Staff was great! They arranged pickup for us at the cruise port and transport to the airport when we left. As well they booked tours for us with a great tour company. Always there to help and with a greeting every time we entered or existed. A special bonus is that they put out all day snacks and drinks at no charge! This was a nice treat after a long day of checking out Athens or a coffee, tea and snack in the evening. Only thing...

"We loved our stay at the Social Athens! The staff in particular were outstanding, they were super helpful and friendly. One thing we loved is that the rooms were cleaned in the afternoon so no one wakes you up early! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was really nice and the restaurant at the hotel had great food and service. It was a short walk to Syntagma square which was great for the metro and it is in a very safe area. Would highly recommend! "
