my family and i rented the room for 3 nights. first night in room 401 had bed bugs. we contacted the property ASAP first thing in the morning so we requested to be moved to another room. We are pleased that the property actioned our request right away. We are happy with our new room. The property we would rate as 2 stars because of the bed bugs we experienced but the service specially the property manager or receptionist were very nice and polite.

Clean rooms that we’re comfortable. The office staff was friendly and helpful with information. The hotel is in an area that feels a little sketchy, but once you get used to it, it was acceptable enough.

Size and condition of apartment was excellent. Access to building and communication with renters was also excellent. Surrounding area needs improvement but is fine. Access to bars and restaurants across the street is very good. Convenient parking nearby.

The place was neat, tidy and well maintained. It was well stocked with items and accessories that we found convenient to have that we didn't find in other hotels we stayed in. Their customer service was great as well since they responded to us promptly and managed to schedule us taxi service early in the morning when we weren't able to.

Overall was everything alright. It was very easy to enter the apartment with a PIN code, works perfectly. We received also two water bottles in the fridge and towels with room service during our short stay. The bathroom is ok, the shower isn’t nice. Café with Sandwiches and stuff on the other side of the street. Check-out without any issues. Nice Balcony. Solid but room for improvement.

Disgusting. New guests should not have to clean up after the last guests. Dirty sheets on the bed, every dish, cup and utensil was dirty. VIP? What a joke!! This place was awful. Don't waste your time or especially your money! Avoid!
