The property is in a good location, was clean and well presented. The apartment is in an old building so there is no lift, but this was manageable even with two children and a push chair.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, quiet and in a good location. The bed itself was very comfortable however the sheets did not tuck-in and the base sheet bunched up during the night. The building had several flights of stairs and no lift so luggage had to be carried up the stairs.

I wish we had stayed there when we first got to Greece. Sadly we only stayed on the way back from the islands. This place was better than a five-star hotel and in the best area of Athens surrounded by top restaurants, cafés, and shopping. We took the two bedroom with the kitchen and felt like home. It even had a washing machine. We would never stay anywhere else next time in Athens.

We found the apartment suited our needs perfectly. It is a great location and a comfortable size for a couple. We arrived late and were able to gain access to the apartment using door access codes which was very convenient. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need for a short stay. Our only criticism was that the cleaners entered our apartment much to our shock at 9:30am when check-out was midday. After a few phone calls and messages we had to agree to leave the property an hour earlier than check-out which was obviously not really on. I would suggest to Soho Apartments that they improve on this. Otherwise we had a great stay and would defiantly recommend.

Ignored our calls to emergency number and emails

Located in a really nice, safe area. The accommodation is nicely furnished, very spacious and beautiful. There is a really good range of cooking equipment we can use. Unfortunately, the communication is terrible and made us feel very uncomfortable. On our second night, when we plugged in the kettle provided by the apartment it set off the safety cut off switch, which turned off all the electricity to the apartment so we were in total darkness and the oven stopped working. We called the property manager several times (using the "emergency number" written down in the apartment, as well as the direct property number given by Hotels.com) and they never called me back, we then sent follow up emails through Hotels.com and they still didn't reply. We had to find the fuse box and get the electricity back ourselves, which felt dangerous because we'd never done that before. There is also no written instructions on how things work e.g. when and where to leave our rubbish and towels. The cleaner was helpful and told us we could give her our rubbish daily, but we had to track her down to find this out. We did not feel safe staying in a place that ignores calls to the emergency phone, it was very worrying.
