The staff is very friendly. The apartment was very new, clean and secure. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. The area is walkable and felt safe. We would stay here again when in Athens.

The apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, charming and in an excellent location. The terrace was also a bonus! Karen was so helpful in getting us in earlier and gave us some recommendations as well. I would absolutely stay here on my next visit.

One of the best hotels that we've ever booked. The apartment-style suite was exactly as featured on the website and gave our family room to plenty of room to stretch out and relax as well as prepare meals. Great finishes and furniture and all the amenities we needed. The location was incredibly ideal as there were hundreds of restaurants and retail locations just outside our door. Karen was fantastic, providing us with recommendations and friendly face throughout our visit. Would highly recommend Silk n Cotton to anyone looking for a great stay in central Athens.

After two weeks of cramped hotel rooms in Europe with my two teenage kids, staying at Silk and Cotton in Plaka was a total game-changer. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms – super spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect: walking distance to all the big sights and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and cafés. We hit a heat wave while we were there, and the AC worked like a charm – huge plus! The owner was super friendly and gave us great local tips. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Athens with family or another couple!
