Liars, cheats and swindlers! Room 301 had a KNOWN issue with the air conditioner making an intermittent whirring noise that was too loud to sleep through. The housekeeper told me they knew about it. And yet they gave me that room anyway for a 3 night stay. After being woken at 2am by the noise, I asked for a new room. Was told the only open room had one bed (I paid for 2), a cruise ship like bathroom and was not usually used (it had a string musty odor, damaged walls). I declined it night 1, asked again for new room day 2 and only offered same crap room. Didn’t get an acceptable new room until day 3. Manager refuses to refund my first 2 nights. They intentionally tried to trick me into taking a room that I could never sleep in, or accept a sub par alternative. I’m fighting for my refund. Further, the sheets and blanket felt like cardboard and the property is run down. DO NOT STAY THERE!
