The room although small was clean, had all the amenities like kettle coffee tea. The breakfast was good and on the last night as we had an early start a breakfast bag was provided to us. Please be aware the airconditioning is heat only not cooling A pleasant stay in Athens.
The room was lovely. They’ve done a beautiful job restoring the hotel. It’s in a neighborhood a bit away from the chaos of Plaka but still walkable - so perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was on the smaller side but was thoughtfully designed with room for everything.
Lovely hotel and super helpful staff. Everything you could need as regards shops ,tavernas etc very close at hand.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
The hotel has a perfect location, you can easily walk everywhere, which made exploring really convenient. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making the whole experience even better.
As I had to leave early, they kindly prepared a breakfast box for me, which was amazing and much appreciated. It was such a thoughtful touch!
Would definitely recommend!
I loved the shower and the room was very comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. If you take advantage of the airport transfer you must reserve it in advance. We didn't know this until it was too late.
Very noisy. Outside and neighboring rooms noise travel through walls as if there are none. The room is very tight hard to maneuver. The location was good though. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was friendly.

Room was very clean and staff were so friendly!! Very helpful!! Only downside was just the noise of all the other visitors!! Maybe try to make rooms more soundproof
I arrived early and they were able to hold my bags so I could explore. Rooms are clean, front desk staff welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful.
Our stay at the Neopolis was a good one marked by very friendly, responsive and helpful staff, a good breakfast to start our day and great food options within walking distance. Showering was a bit tricky as the temperature could get very hot and care was needed. Ubers were easy to secure to get into the core of Athens, but the location is great if you're a walker! Guests may want to be aware that the neighbourhood, while safe, can be described as edgy, graffiti-filled and political. While the student vibe was lively, we were disturbed by some of the graffiti.
Staff was accommodating in that they stored our luggage upon our arrival and arranged for us to have breakfast as we had an early departure. A big thank you to Katherine.
The staff were SO gracious and kind. There is a nice place to get drinks and light fare in the evening across the street called giraffe. Just opened apparently. Mama Rose bakery not too far away amazing. Close the shutters if you hear street noise at night and you cant hear at all.
My daughter and I stayed for one night on the last hop to our final destination. We loved this little gem of a hotel. Great customer service, very friendly, very comfortable bed, lovely rooftop breakfast, and a fantastic shower. Close to many things, including a Hop On Hop Off station by the Museum of Archeology 10 mins walk. Nice choice of restaurants around. The hotel has a transport service to and from the airport (fixed rate better than taxis). Call before arrival to arrange. Had a great conversation with the driver. All around 10 out of 10 experience.
