Brilliant location - very central, yet quiet (efficient double glazing), overlooking a lovely square with restaurants. 4min walk through the market to the station - next to Plaka. Beautiful flat.

Great space and location. Short walkto arcopolis. Lots of restaurants and shopping right out the door. Hot water is a little difficult, have to wait almost an hour which is difficult in the morning.

The rooms were cleanly and very spacious which was appreciated! The beds are also very comfortable here. However, I wouldn’t recommend this for a family or any individual looking to have a slow, restful vacation. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything - including when your neighbors get back in the night. It was a lovely stay but i would be cautious if you are light sleeper in selecting this hotel.

Loved the location. Close to cafes and shopping and buses. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the initial ability to gain entrance. Everything was digital, however the digital system did not work. Ended up with a key, but was a frustrating way to begin. Same for leaving the key when we left. The digital box would not open. Needs some work.

The apartment is in a great location to explore Athens with good access to the metro. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the neighbourhood and it is very safe day and night. That is not the case for all of Athens. The room we stayed in was a double room with ensuite. The bed was comfortable and facilities were generally good. Although sound proofing to the street below was good, the noise from other apartments was quite loud at times and we were woken by small children on several mornings. We found the remote key access a little inconsistent during our stay. It worked on my phone but my partner expirienced a few issues with it not working and that could have been an issue for a solo traveller especially if returning late at night and if the host was not awake. We only had one issue regarding access to the apartment during our stay where the internal access door to the apartments had been locked and we could not get through. The host quickly responded and we were able to access via a key. It took less than 5 mins to resolve. It's important to note that the apartments were not serviced in the 6 days we stayed. It would have been useful to have had a little more information about what to do with waste and how to get fresh towels and bed linen. Overall, a great base in central Athens and we enjoyed our stay.

Expected better for an offseason trip.

The staff was good but the property needs maintenance. All the doors were making noises, so every time we closed the door I am sure the adjoining people would be startled as we were with our neighbours closing their doors. The bathroom door was all swollen so much so that we could not close it and reception had to bring in someone to sort it while we were out of the room. Unfortunately we didn’t have a way sort it otherwise we would be stuck with a bathroom where the door didn’t close. Expected better for an offseason trip. No communication of water and refill of coffee, would be nice to know what to expect so we can prepare for it. The red and green lights facing the right over the bed were a lot for night, thank god for we had the sleeping eye shades Otherwise the staff was very polite and helpful.

Maria is amazing! She allowed us to store our luggage before check in. The property was spotless and had everything you could need! We were very impressed with the unit and having a view of the Acropolis was priceless. It was perfect to come back and have wine on the deck and listen to the music coming for the open air restaurants below. If I had to give my one recommendation to the property it would be to have a pocket door for the washroom. Thanks for the great stay!

DO NOT BOOK. They bait and switched us. They sent an email saying they had double booked our room. Then they put us in a very bad room, not what we had paid for. There was no hot water in the room, no internet service, and the host ignored all attempts to contact them. We had to leave this place the next morning because it was such a nightmare and lost a whole day due to the switch to a different hotel. Then, this place had the audacity to refuse to refund our money. Now we are out of our money for a hotel we didn’t stay in and had to pay twice to book another hotel. Overall this was the single worst travel experience thus far. If you value your time and money, stay away.
