If you’re coming from Piraeus Port or a metro station it’s a walk, especially if you have lots to carry. But it’s doable, so not necessary to take a cab. During the day it could be too hot to walk, during the night - the neighborhood doesn’t feel the safest, but it’s probably OK. I walked late night, it was very hot still and deserted...The hotel building is 40 y.o., but felt like older. Rooms are not big. I was told they all have balconies.
This hotel is good for one or two nights of stay before or after the ferry. 12 minutes walk to the subway station according to Google, but probably a little more. It’s a busy part of the city during the day.
WiFi signal wasn’t that good in the room.
If i needed a room before going on the ferry, i would stay there again.
