"We were only there overnight prior to our international flight. The driver who picked us up was very patient as our flight was late arriving. I did communicate with him to let him know. He was very helpful and helped check us into our room. The driver on the next morning was also very helpful so I would definitely recommend Sun Day Apartment suite for an airport overnight. "We stayed here for one night in between flights out of Athens Airport. We chose this hotel because of the free airport transfers. They were not able to accommodate a pick up until 2 hours after our flight landed, so we ended up taking a taxi. They were able to coordinate airport transfer for our early flight the next day though. The bed was very firm. Overall it was clean and okay for a basic hotel."

"This place is in a residential neighborhood. You can walk to some resteraunts nearby including coffee shop, gyro shop and a bakery. It is not a tourist place. For the airport it is nearby, about 20 minutes by car. You can get Uber and Freenow-Lyft to the location. There is no onsite staff at all. The airport charter is completely unreliable and just assume you have to book your own because the staff is very unhelpful about booking it at the appropriate very early morning time.
