"Me sentí como en casa durante mi estancia. Todo el personal fue muy atento y el desayuno estaba delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones. Uno de los detalles que más me gustó de la habitación fue el interruptor del aire acondicionado, convenientemente ubicado en la pared. El único inconveniente fue que la ducha del baño no tenía puerta, por lo que el agua se derramaba al salir. Aparte de eso, la experiencia en general fue maravillosa. El hotel me hizo sentir como si estuviera rodeado de naturaleza en lugar de la vida de la ciudad, sin dejar de ofrecer un toque moderno y tecnológico con una excelente conexión wifi. El ambiente, desde los cuadros y las plantas hasta los gatos, creó una atmósfera tranquila, única y genuinamente acogedora."

"Le falta carisma a los empleados. En el restaurante solo había 1 mesero y estaba casi lleno. Los ascensores son lentos y cuando hay grandes grupos haciendo check in es imposible subir a las habitaciones. A pesar de tener estacionamiento, se lo cobran a los huéspedes. "

"I came to stay for nearly 2 Months at this Apart-Hotel and I've been very impressed with the excellence in their care for me, while here! Since I first came, I had management move me into a better suited Queen Suite verses what Expedia offered at short notice! They also reimbursed me for the price difference which was a first ever experience for me and a great help financially. They have delivered 5 Gallon water jugs to me, for a small charge and have treated me so kindly, as if I were family! The Management, Juan and Rosa as well as Sarah have gone several extra miles beyond to make sure all my needs have been met! I would make this place my permanent home 🏠 if it were possible and am deeply grateful for all their excellent care! 😘"

"The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice. We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude. "

"The room is spacious . . the air conditioning is working well . . there is a large wardrobe and I must mention that the lobby is very elegant and fits a VIP class. The breakfast is great and the breakfast area is as impressive as the lobby. There is a great Mall across from the hotel."
