"The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The bar staff was friendly, but not very attentive. The worst experience of this hotel was how dark the rooms were! No overhead lights! there were bedside lamps that weren't bright enough to even see the time on your phone. You had to have whatever you wanted to see directly under the light. Very inconvenient. However, the bathroom light was SO bright you could land planes! If you had to get up in the night to go in the bathroom, you would be blinded. Strangest lighting I have ever seen in a hotel room. I would not go back to this hotel!"

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."

"Really good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. It is convenient to the Brussels Midi rail station, but the area around the station and the hotel are very dirty - I didn't feel unsafe (didn't go out after dark) - but lots of trash on the streets. Brussels sites are not close - 30 minutes walk or 30+ on public transport. There is a decent grocery store around the corner from the hotel. "
