"The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. There wasn’t any also no paper towels and we had to purchase...

"No one was at the front desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone number provided either. My room keycard was sitting on the front desk for anyone to take. It was a poor check in experience. But the room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. No harm, no foul."

"My stay at Sosuite at The Loxley in Old City Philadelphia was overall a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication regarding my room. I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared.
