"Fantastic environment. Really nice apartment, great facilities, perfect environment for families. Nice walks and good location to drive/train to a variety of other places.
We came from the UK and it is a straightforward 3 and a bit hour drive from Dunkirk.
Would recommend to any potential visitor."

"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience.
The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time. Their policy is to email over the lockbox code and side map on the day of arrival. We did not receive this and had a local friend call to ask, in Dutch, for it to be sent. They said they “had been very busy but would send it shortly.” They never did. "Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend.
Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. Da wir dann sowieso mehr bezahlt haben hätten wir es gut gefunden das wir dann auch wenigsten...
