"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel: the staff, service, and overall comfort were excellent. However, one major drawback was the constant noise from the HVAC fan. Even when I turned the thermostat off, the fan continued running, making the first night quite unpleasant. I would strongly encourage management to look into this issue, as fixing it would significantly improve the guest experience. "

"Nice place. Love staying at Springhill Suites when possible because their rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Free parking. Plenty of restaurants close by. We walked across the street and ate at a good Mexican restaurant. "
