Here’s a detailed rundown of my experience: The moment I entered my room, I found the toilet in an unacceptable state—poop particles were left in the toilet bowl. I had to notify the front desk so maintenance could clean it out. The toilet bowl was completely dirty, and the walls and front door were dirty as well. "My third time staying here and I keep coming back for the very clean rooms, including bedding and towels. Clean common areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location, about a 1/2 block away from the beach, boardwalk and entertainment. Only downside is that parking is tight but to be fair, most places in downtown have tight parking spaces."

"Everything Was A1 From The Arrival To Departure!!! Ms/Mrs Porsha At The Front Desk Was Very Attentive,Informative & Knowledgeable Of The Area Of Ocean City!!! "Parking was TERRIBLE!! The parking lot is too small to accommodate all the guests and most of the spaces are only big enough for compact cars. If you have a truck or SUV for the beach, you will find it very difficult to park. There is an overflow lot, but it is a couple blocks away. Also, the rooms need deadbolt locks on the doors. The doorknob locks are very unsecure. There is no coffee or coffee maker available in the rooms and no bath soap in the shower. Other than that, the rooms are nice...
