"The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay...

"We had a nice stay although experienced some hiccups initially including their main restaurant being outside their main bldg was not convenient to steer around with my senior mom. Staff at the front door, buffet restaurant, housekeeping/ cleaning were super helpful. Given a five star expectation was more."

"Huge rooms, lovely environment with great gardens and pool area to relax in and around. Only the one restaurant option with either a buffet or A la Carte menus including local Assamese cuisine. Food was very good. Enjoyed the pool one afternoon. Hotel organised our safari trips, pick up and drop off from the hotel which was great and easy, very grateful for thier help. Location is good, its a short walk to the National Orchid & Biodiversity Park which is definately worth a visit. Great...
