The above and beyond: The extra little perks are so fun. The complimentary drinks at check-in, the availability of bocci and cornhole, the hammocks, the outdoor gas fire pits, and the DECOR are all fantastic. Heart and soul was really put into this place. "We hadn't stayed here in several years and were shocked by how the property had deteriorated. The entire outside areas needed power washing or at least swept clean. Our room had black duct tape on the floor in two spots. The corner of the bedroom wall had flaking paint & the caulking in the bathroom showed signs of mold. Plus we tried to check in early & was told it would be $25.00. In addition we were charged $5.00 per night for parking. VERY DISSATISFIED."

"The room I was assigned had wet carpet between the two queen beds, something must be leaking. I was tired from a long demanding day and just wanted to take a shower and relax, perhaps take a nap. I took a shower in the small hard to move in shower only space, changed into lounge wear and decided to sit on the bed and read my emails. I moved the pillows around and found bed bugs on top of the bed under the pillows. I immediately repacked everything and took it back outside to the car. I called...

"I usually stay at the Days Inn Flagstaff for short business trips where all I need is a comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Usually the beds are comfortable, but the room I was given this time had a lumpy uneven feel and was not very comfortable, but it was all I could find late on Friday evening and was just needing some downtime, it was okay. I hope the property owners check the beds to make sure they are comfortable and in decent shape."

"This motel is in horrible shape and should be torn down and never rebuilt. The lobby smelled like microwaved food. The clerk had a sloppy appearance. Short of the flooring being newer, nothing else in the room was updated. The curtains were torn and hanging down, the ceilings in the bathroom and above the vanity had what appeared to be fixed leaks from the floor above and were shoddily done! There was mildew in the seams of the shower! The bedding was prob left over from the last century;...
