"This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had. Our room was located directly above the bar, and the noise was unbearable. Loud music and people were shouting until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. After that, the staff started moving trash bins and making noise outside, which continued until the morning. I brought my husband here for his birthday, hoping for a special and relaxing trip, but it completely ruined our stay. We did not get a single minute of sleep all night. I would...

"We’ve stayed here before because it’s close to the airport and it’s convenient. This is the first time that we experienced the property not being as taken care of as before. The carpet smelled like urine at some of the areas in the room and the AC’s filter smelled old. There was no vacancy so we didn’t ask to be moved to another room since we had limited choices. I suggest that the carpets be cleaned to avoid this smell."
