"Our hot tub was completely filthy. It visually looked clean until it was turned on. Once turned on so much dark brown stuff started coming out from all of the jets. We had to turn it off, drain it, TRY to clean it with a towel, all before we could run it again. The deck railing, deck flooring, and window casings were rotten and broken. "First, I was told that they didn't serve breakfast as advertised. They said they repeatedly told this to Expedia but Expedia has yet to change their blurb. This was a significant inconvenience to me as I always had to search for a place for breakfast. Additionally, I frequently heard nighttime skitterings.
