The hotel was dirty I made reservations for one kings and they gave a room with two beds the hotel needs updating and cops where there not sure for what but it’s bad for the hotel

Staff was friendly. You can tell this was once a very nice place but hasn't been kept up for quiet some time. Non smoking room smelled of smoke so we moved to another room that smelled much better but we then found a cockroach in the bathroom. Sad to say we will not be back.

Don't stay. It's deteriorating faster than they can renovate. Electrical outlets were broken. Missing base tiles in bathroom, roll in shower had no soap holder. Just pass on by down the road!

Very pleasant stay

Had to switch motels unexpectedly when a water problem came up at our original motel. The staff at Ramada handled everything well. The room was better than the other motel and overall our stay was very pleasant. The room and staff exceeded expectations. Based on this stay we will look at Ramada in the future.

The hotel is in a terrible state of disrepair. Torn sheetrock on the walls, a gaping hole between the bathroom counter top and “vanity”, poor lighting throughout the building, questionable plumbing, two working outlets in the entire room. Fiancé woke up with cluster of bumps resembling a rash from the sheets. Room was not clean, hotel does not smell clean.

This was a horrible experience. The room was dirty, furniture was broken, electrical covers missing with bare wires exposed. We should have asked for another room, but no living human being should be allowed to stay in the room we were assigned. Unfortunately, as we came in from dinner via Uber, we saw a part of the property that seemed to be in even worse condition. We won't opt to stay here again.

Convenient to Asheville. Place seemed a bit dated, but nothing non-functional or problematic. Worst I had to deal with was a noisy AC, so I just set the room cold and turned it off when I went to bed.
