"This is a lovely property, well-located and enough off the main drag that it's quiet and peaceful. The balconies and patios are great, the cleanliness is great. For me, at check in, it was quite brusque and perfunctory. Also at check out. When I let them know that the room had zero hot water - a fact I found out when I was IN the shower - They weren't even like "oh, sorry." It was just noted and I was told to have a good day. SO...much as I REALLY liked the property? I won't be back."
