"We chose this location because they were pet friendly, had a good breakfast and were close to the Biltmore house and blue ridge parkway. It worked out very well for us and a great value as well. Clean, friendly, comfortable. Would recommend!"

"IThe staff were kind and helpful. They made sure i had aan airport shuttle arranged. had to move the ciffee pot to tge bath area to plug ut in. It was unplugged and there was no way i could climb under the desk to plug it in. The toilet appeared to had not been cleaned. No trash cans. Breakfast selections had not been replenished . I was leaving when fresh sandwichs, etc were brought out. "

"The staff was all wonderful, the property was historically amazing, the room was spotless and trendy, the offerings on the floor (coffees, sparkling and still waters, pre-packed bags of ice) were appreciated, the rooftop coffee and breakfast delicious - all this + great location in downtown Asheville! Can’t wait to go back!"

"The room was great. The only things I would suggest is having a fry pan and maybe one other recliner and a table. But not needed aside from the pan. Loved the once a week clean. "
