the staff was very accomodating. The only issue we had was the staff was not aware how to local tv channels. The owner/manager was able to help on our last day of our stay

GREAT location, but the highway noise was quite noticable on the highway facing side of the building. The gossimer toilet paper was kind of silly (& annoying). The staff was friendly, the parking convenient, and the hotel very clean.

Brookstone lodge was a pleasant surprise, nice and cozy. The room I stayed in was nice and tidy and refreshingly clean, with good lighting options. I even had an outside view, shielded by trees which gave it some privacy. Overall a great place to stay, with a pool available.

The property was fine as its mostly parking lot and it shares an access to a building next to it. It’s quite nosey as the doors have about an inch space from the door to the floor. You can hear a lot going on in the hallway from your room and when your walking though the hallway you can hear clear conversations from the other customers door.

We had easy check in and check out. The room was clean though smaller than expected and the bed was somewhat lopsided. The property was located conveniently for travel around the city. Breakfast menu was limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at the same price point. Staff was generally friendly.

Desk clerk not friendly at all. Didn’t want to answer questions. Room coffee the worst. Breakfast not bad except for the coffee - horrible. I think all the hotels should go to the Keurig machines - then visitors could bring their own kcups.

I had another booking but changed 24 hours prior to arrival due to reviews. I am so glad I did! This was the most relaxed atmosphere I have experienced traveling. Front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. The building was clean, continental breakfast was pleasing, pool was clean and parking was a breeze! I will definitely be booking here again. It was 3 females alone and we felt 100 percent safe! To be a smaller place in the less expensive side this was a gem!

The staff was friendly and efficient. On a very busy corner traffic-wise. No shopping or dining is walkable But facility was very clean and inside the traffic noise was minimal.

Noisy, non-relaxing stay. Room was situated under a busy stairwell with no sound dampening, across the hall from a pool - also with no sound dampening. Has potential and looks good on the surface, but we’ll never stay there again.
