The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic! "

"We love the Quest at Ballarat Station. it is a welcome stopping off point when we are travelling to Melbourne from interstate. We know we can rest comfortably and have a good night sleep. "The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom silicone is showing wear and light mold. Overall, though, a wonderful stay in a lovely villa."
