The koi carp pond is an attractive feature of the hotel, pleasant place to sit outside and enjoy a coffee from the hotel coffee shop. "Booked into a filthy poolside room - tissue blocking hole in door, all very tatty and old - spoke to reception and moved us to a far better room - breakfast ok and pool very clean -every day hotel seemed to let 'outsiders' in to use pool n facilities - so pretty noisy!!
