"The hotel was situated conveniently close to the airport, as well as a short, easy drive to the main highway. All of the staff that I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site had very good dinner and breakfast options. The hotel gym has a pretty decent assortment of equipment. As close as it is to the airport, I didn’t hear a single plane fly overhead. Very quiet. I’d definitely stay here again."

"We booked this hotel because Expedia filtered our preference as having a pool & showed pictures of the pool. They will have a pool - but its under renovations. So my kids were disappointed and of course no one could do anything because I booked through Expedia. So we were too late to cancel our reservation, and Expedia still shows property as having a pool. So...they get their $$$ and my kids get over it."

"Front desk staff are doing an exemplary job. We had a concern about neighbours when we first got to our room and contacted the front desk and they immediately set us up in a new room. We stayed at this location twice on our holiday on two separate dates and both times the front desk allowed us to check in early. The amenities are great as the pool and hot tub are well kept and open 24 hours. The service at the freeport lounge is great considering how busy this bartender is. Also the food is very...
