"On check in communication through Wotif hadn’t gone proper and I was given a unit with steps to entrance. I am mobility impaired and can not walk stairs which was emailed but couldn’t be retrieved and was obviously not received. However the lady at reception immediately gave us the accessible unit with parking spot. We were very grateful and had a great night at Jasmine Court motel."
