"The staff were wonderful and attentive, without being intrusive. The only issue we had was late house cleaning on day 1 and 2, but the staff went over and above to make up for it. They even left a hand written note with snacks as an apology. The location is great and central, with many sights and restaurants in walking distance. Angkor Wat is only 20 minutes away. The food at the restaurants are great. The pool area is very nice and the spa may be on the pricey side but is lovely. "

Surrounded by rice fields and water buffalo, with beautiful stilted houses, the whole place felt calm and unique. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel’s design is stylish yet reflects the local culture, which made the stay feel very authentic. A lovely surprise was receiving a small bag of rice from their own fields when we checked out. Such a simple but meaningful gesture left a deep impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap. It’s a place that creates lasting memories."
