"Exceptional hotel. The accommodation and dining (breakfast and lunch) were excellent. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Took us to the gate of the Old City on Mercedes or van. Highly recommended. Will stay at this wonderful hotel if we visit Chiang Mai again. "

"Everything was perfect during our stay. The food was great, the hotel was extremely clean and efficiently operated and the staff was incredible. It is a hidden oasis of calm outside of the busy surrounding area. I can’t say enough about how attentive the staff was and how helpful they were with planning activities and making suggestions. All of the trips they planned were effortless and top notch. Beam and Arthur (front desk staff) absolutely spoiled us. I wish we would have ended our trip here...

"This was a nice solo stay at the Noble Baan. If you are looking to avoid a hostel stay, this is a budget hotel that does the job. I appreciated that it had a balcony. You will need a scooter or to take taxis if you stay here, but I personally prefer to save on lodging and have a scooter. If you are scared of renting a scooter you can use rideshare apps to hire a scooter or car with driver to take you into the city. "

"Clean and modern facility. I enjoyed my stay there, but there were a few issues. Walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbours that like to slam doors, no pool, no elevator which is an issue if you have bags and are on the top floor, and the owners have a little dog which can be a little barky, and can hear it in reception from the top floor. No breakfast supplied either. However, it was clean, convenient location & fairly cheap. I will definitely consider staying there again "

"Great property, good gym and pool with great views of Chiang Mai. Didn’t get house keeping despite staying over 3 days, memory foam pillows had a strong smell, and shower was great but drain needs unblocking. I think the sofa and chairs fabric needs to be cleaned. An iron and ironing board would have been ideal. The whole check-in and entrance process was incredibly easy, send them a message and they’re happy to help. I’m very grateful for being able to stay here and would still recommend...
