"Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards. Furniture was quaint and cozy. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, staff were welcoming and friendly. Walls were a little thin, and we heard our neighbours, but nothing really objectionable. Lovely quiet town. Short walk to the walled village and really enjoyed the Christmas market. Quiet locale after the crowds of the other markets. Parking was very convenient across the street."

The room was cle, well maintained and comfortable with an ability to make tea/coffee which I find rare in France so far. "Rapport qualité-prix un peu décevant, le SPA était rempli de personnes ce qui rendait impossible de se détendre. Pour le check-out nous avons dû attendre car il y a avait beaucoup de monde en même temps et que deux employées à la réception. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bien mais c'est dommage que le personnel ne débarrasse pas les tables pour les prochains clients, il n'y avait que des tables libres au soleil. C'est quand même dommage de devoir débarrasser soit même la table."

The only aspect which was surprising is that there is no shower in the bathroom - it’s a bath (a really nice one) with a shower head handle you can use to rince your hair. "This hotel had so many surprising amenities. Filtered water that you could fill in a large bottle for your room. Incredible steam room and sauna. Great underground parking. The staff were all amazing and helpful. This place felt more high end than a typical Euro-hotel."
