"I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Yerevan. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. A special thank you to Anna from housekeeping, who was exceptionally hardworking, polite, attentive, and always did an amazing job taking care of my room. The reception staff were also wonderful and always helpful, and I had great experiences with the restaurant staff, bartender, security team, and everyone else I encountered. I truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team!"

"This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will."
