"Family room was really nice. Two separate rooms, bunk beds for kids and a luxury bathroom that we weren’t expecting at a Holiday Inn. Restaurant convenient and open late and excellent breakfast buffet included in our room. Next to no parking at the hotel but public parking fairly close for $11.50 for 24 hours. Staff were really helpful and the app to pay is at the front desk and pretty easy to use. We wished we had stayed here for our longer stay in Queenstown a few days later."

"I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

The hotel’s location on the shores of Lake Wakatipu provides stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town centre. "Relaxing short stay in a beautiful area of New Zealand - the room was clean and spacious, staff were relatively friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the rooms to the main reception area and restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Would've been nice to have some sheer curtains or blinds to be able to let some natural light in without people being able to look in from the outside, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again."

"We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...
