Eu reservei o lugar prestando atenção nos comentários, e não percebi que eram antigos, quando o lugar era uma pousada e servia café da manhã. Foi ingenuidade minha. Mas o dono destes quartos de aluguel, que não oferece nem toalha, se aproveita disso.

Suíte bem aconchegante, frigobar funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro não é tão forte, mas dá pra utilizar normalmente. Inicialmente tivemos um problema com a temperatura do chuveiro, pois não estava esquentando, mas o anfitrião prontamente nos ouviu e resolveu no mesmo dia. O café da manhã é simples, entretanto, tudo muito organizado com carinho e muito delicioso também. A localização fica perto de tudo, praias, supermercado, etc.

Simples e funcional

Acomodação bastante simples, mas confortável. Para o que pretendíamos que era apenas aproveitar a cidade, foi bastante satisfatório. O local é bem localizado, próximo as praias e pudemos fazer tudo andando sem precisar sair com o carro. O café da manhã tinha frutas, pães, frios, café... tudo muito bem servido. O Carlos e a Neide nos receberam muito bem e sempre estavam prontos para nos atender.

Razoável.

Razoável. Algumas coisas precisam melhorar, o chuveiro estava dando choques e era instável, o café da manhã é bem simples, pão, presunto e queijo, café, suco e opções de frutas. No quarto onde fiquei pude ver baratinhas andando, a cama é bem confortável, mas o sinal da televisão é bem ruim toda hora cai. Os itens de higiene pessoal tem de levar tudo, até mesmo o papel higiênico, pois lá não fornecem. Antes de fazer check-out o hóspede tem de varrer o quarto, retirar o lixo do banheiro para jogar fora na lixeira perto do local. Há pontos positivo e negativos, mas para quem procura uma hospedagem mais simples e independente essa seria ideal, porém se for a primeira vez em arraial do cabo é mais vantagem procurar um lugar com recepção 24h para tirar suas dúvidas sobre o local.
