"I had an exceptional experience at the Taj resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and received anything we desired. They even went out of their way to mail back an item I left in the room after I checked out. Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I travel to Goa again. "

"For the past month we have been traveling India to the North and West. The most wonderful stay and service we have received during our trip in India from 20 through 24 of April, 2024. Alisa was very helpful giving us suggestions to places and restaurants, making sure that we had everything we needed. Amazing

"Staff was amazing. They really made the stay amazing. More so the restaurant staff truly hit the mark making our stay amazing—Moumita- Assisrant food Bev manager was so accommodating and made anything we liked.. truly amazing. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch! They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft."
