We chose this property as we were heading to watch the Moto GP. Was about an hour from circuit but we made an excellent choice. What a diamond of a place. Stunning views. Superb service. Staff couldnt help enough. Rooms were immaculate and as a bonus presenters from the Moto GP race were staying there also. Would definitely recommend

En lineals generales bien. A mejorar, en el servicio de cena deberia indicarse en un cartel cuales son los platos que se ofrecen y el wifi que se corta constantmente en las habitaciones

Llegamos a la habitación y estaba congelada, no pudimos poner la calefacción, alegando que desde el 1/5, había salido una normativa en relación al cambio climático que les impedía ponerla . La ducha sin presión . Si quieren pasar frío este hotel es una buena opción

Para nada un hotel de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones que huelen a humedad, mal mantenidas, desayuno deficiente, te traen el bacon chamuscado y las tortillas más de lo mismo. El café no es café, sabe a chocolate… en fin, muy decepcionados. La ubicación es idílica pero como digo está muy abandonado… la piscina en fatal estado aunque el agua muy clara (menos mal)… Hemos pagado una pasta y muy decepcionante.

Al llegar a la habitación no había luz, llame a recepción, vinieron y conectaron. Había luz, pero el aire no funcionaba y no me apetecía que vinieran otra vez a la habitación así que lo dije en recepción antes de irme. El lavabo estába atascado, un poco incómodo. El bufet muy bien, comida buena y variada.

Me encanto el gusto del diseño Arquitectonico del Establecimiento (precioso), es como una pequeño pueblo (como villas) Las habitaciones perfectas (grandes y limpias). El Entorno (tranquilo). El Personal mas atento imposible. El Restaurante de 10 (comida muy rica y de calidad), se nota mucho la diferencia. La Piscina grande y bien con sol hasta ultima hora de la tarde y eso que fuimos en Septiembre.

Un maravilloso descubrimiento!

Un fantástico descubrimiento, el entorno es inmejorable muy cerca de Arnes y preciosas vistas del pueblo y la montaña en un entorno natural. Las habitaciones muy modernas, bien equipadas y limpias. El servicio muy amable y con ganas de ayudar siempre. Muy tranquilo el lugar y con actividades para niños. Tanto el bufet del desayuno como de la cena son muy variados y con gastronomía local. Repetiremos seguro!
