"The hotel itself is nice, and the decor is updated. If you are looking for the small details of convenience, this won't be the place. The towels and rags are super thin, I was sad about that. The toilet paper is also super thin and low quality. The TV in my room was your basic TV. It is hooked up to a basic level of cable, but unfortunately I couldn't watch any channels beyond the local ones. I tried to unplug and plug in the coax, with no luck. It would have been great if I could have at least streamed or cast from my phone to the TV. The ice machine on the first floor by the front desk is super obnoxious and you get a whaft of a drain here and there. I would stay here again, but with the understanding that it's more just to have a spot to sleep and rest. But the small details are missing."

"I booked my hotel reservation online through Hotels.com approximately 2–3 weeks in advance for what I believed would be a stay at La Quinta. On the day of my trip, I was frantically searching for my confirmation details, only to realize I had not received a reservation or confirmation number. I called La Quinta and was told to contact Hotels.com since I had booked through a third party. Long story short, I was informed that the price had increased and that there would be an additional $253 charge if I wanted to keep my reservation. Keep in mind, I had already entered my card information to lock in my rate, as I’ve done many times before. I told them I would not pay the additional charge, and then I was informed that my reservation was canceled. Despite this, I was still charged $153 for something I did not cancel. This is ridiculous. I traveled 7 hours for my child’s competition, only to be told my reservation was canceled. I had to find another hotel, yet I’m being charged for a reservation the hotel canceled because they wanted to increase the price due to events in the area."

"I had asked for a handicap shower for my spouse. I was assigned room 106 which still had the previous guest gear. I was give room 112 which was not handicap and small. On our previous visit the electricity had just gone out. The wife had placed her diamond wedding band in the drawer with the Bible. Since the room was hot they relocated too a nother room. Sometime after that the ring was removed. I'll not stay there again. We had no air or electricity till the early morning hours. They might as well get rid of their so called"

"Front desk staff was amazing! No matter how low we turned the AC the room never cooled off so we had to use a box fan that the front desk gave us. Extremely frustrating considering the price of the room. Housekeeping never came to the room the entire 4 days we were there even after the front desk confirming on our arrival that we needed daily service due to the reason we were there. "
