"Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. "Of the four different hotels we stayed during our visit, this was the best overall. The best breakfast ever had at any hotel in our experience. Extremely helpful staff; very quiet room despite the fact of being across the street from the train station/trams. Large, nicely decorated rooms. all amenities needed. Excellent location because walkable distance to Po River, main plazas, museums, shops, restaurants, parks and train station. Truly pleased"
