"Excellent location near Boston University, bars, restaurants, etc and just a few minute walk to Fenway. We had the downstairs suite which was extremely roomy and had a full kitchen. While there was no front desk, the reservation team was responsive, polite and helpful."

"What a wonderful stay! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the scent that reminded me of nice clean laundry fresh out of the dryer. It felt so cozy. And it truly is clean!
Upfront, because this seems to be a complaint some people have: despite what the listing may say, breakfast is actually no longer available. This was communicated very clearly as soon as I booked with plenty of time to cancel. Additionally, reading the reviews clued me in, so it wasn't an issue.
That said, there wasn't a shortage of excellent, walkable breakfast options! The food options in the area are great. There is also a wonderful little convenience store next store. The kitchen was clean fully equipped for cooking, which we didn't take full advantage of beyond using the plates to reheat some food.
Perhaps one of the biggest undersold highlights here is the front desk manager, Dana. What a wonderful soul he is. Super friendly, helpful, and just all-around wonderful human. It was our first time in the Boston/Waltham area, and he had no shortage of really helpful and easily digestible information for us along with some really useful maps (that we have held on to for future trips). If you get a room in the front of the hotel, you will have to deal with some street noise. The AC unit is also a little loud. I always travel with earplugs, so this was no problem for me. I'd gladly take that room again, and the son I travelled with (who didn't use earplugs) said the same. We will definitely return!"
"It was an easy, friendly, and reasonably priced for our needs and I would return to this location the next time I am in the area. The room was set up nicely, clean, and spacious."
"We had a late check-in, well after the staff had left, but the thoroughness with which they anticipated my needs was above and beyond.
Alternative ways to get the keys, instructions on how to use the property, and the continental breakfast were furnished. The room was clean and beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
