Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue muy buena y confortable. El servicio de todos es excelente, las personas del aseo, del restaurante y en general todos muy atentos. La limpieza buena y siguiendo todos los protocolos de seguridad. La comida deliciosa y con precios muy justos. Recomiendo el hotel y volveremos en otra oportunidad.

the location was great, only around 30 minutes away from the coffee park. Very clean place, beautiful nature surroundings. such a delicious variety of food, good amenities like swimming pool, whirlpool, Poole table and great staff, very courteous, specially leader staff member Carolina, she was on top, making sure we had a great time. definitely recommend this place

Definitely will be back!

It amazing!! The service, the breakfast, the price was awesome... the hotel doesn’t have AC but with that weather you don’t need one... they have ceiling fans which works fine... due to the pandemic they built a new pool which es awesome!

En la habitacion que inicialmente nos dieron y que yo habia reservado nos encontramos con la desagradable sorpresa que habia un ratón!!! Aunque nos cambiaron de habitación realmente no nos sentimos muy cómodas ni confiadas, asi que los dos dias fueron un poco incómodos. Bibiana fue muy cordial, pero igual quedó el precedente.

The good: gorgeous setting an views. 1 The property is attached to the main road thus traffic 2. Our room did not have hot water when we arrived. After we notified the staff they said they had to reopen the hot water that they had closed before for all rooms, even after that, each time we waited to use hot water, we had to wait at least 5 minutes for water to reach our bathroom. 1. No phones, no closets. 3. The breakfast was very disappointing in comparison to other B&Bs in Colombia. The place has 21 rooms and is run by a couple and we saw a gardener too and we were the only client during our two days (20 empty rooms). Apparently, they mostly market the hotel to to groups/tour operators and that probably explains why the place seemed abandoned. They probably staff up and down based on the number of clients. The couple who work there were extremely nice but not like a professional hotel staff. I believe they were the custodians who live on the property not the actual hotel operators. Another minor inconvenience; when we arrived there was no electricity for the 1st 4 hours.

Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful property, just what we were looking for. The view is incredible! The rooms are comfortable and clean. My 7 year old son had a wonderful time in the pool and playground. The staff is very nice. The price includes breakfast and dinner which is great. We were visiting Panaca and it took us 5 mins to get there. We hope to come back soon!

Excellente finca hotel proche du village de Quimbaya. Calme et dans un très beau parc agrémenté d'agrumes et fruits divers ainsi que de très nombreux oiseaux qui viennent tout au long de la journée et nous reveillent tranquillement le matin au son de leur chant. Gentillesse du personnel, bon accueil, excellent petit dejeuner et confort de la chambre sont un plus..

Great option.

Service was great, loved the food. There are a few of the amenities that need to be updated like the billiards. It is a great option if you are looking for a small, cozy type of place.

Super value for money

This is a very nice little hotel and compared to the other hotels in the area, I think it is very good. It is not great luxury, and in the restaurant you can only vhoose between two dishes - which you have to choose in the morning - but at least there IS a restaurant :-) The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice view. Rooms 13 and 14 are the best. The pool is nice, but the water could have been more clean. The bathroom was fine, clean and there were plenty of hot water. It helps if you speak Spanish :-)
