"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...

"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. "The room was ok but on second floor and no lift working a lot of stairs to go up so not ideal when you have been working an 8 hour day also In my room 218 the toilet would not flush after first flush so had to wait about 10 minutes before it would flush again mentioned it to staff at reception and just told the water has low pressure but my other colleague had room 208 and his was amazing and the flush was fine"
