"This hotel had a large clean parking lot, friendly staff, water in the lobby, good fresh ground for each cup coffee for breakfast, and a good bed. My only complaint is the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean. Normally that would be a huge drawback for me but everything else was good and the staff was great so I give it a 4/5 overall anyway. I would stay here again, but might just ask for a different room after checking the bathroom next time."

"I come to Laughlin every year. Decided to stay at the Harrahs for the first time due to the beach access etc. checking in was easy process. After checking in I had to go to the front desk several times as the key card to access my room stopped working. I was advised that it was a security issue with the locking device. Security was called to assist and upon arrival was extremely rude putting it back onto the front desk. I had to go back to the desk for them to tell me again security will assist...

"We travelled with the family and had a a total of 8 rooms. Two room were not clean with being exceptionally dirty. The pool was great as well as the Cafe. We didn’t make reservations for dinner in the Italian restaurant on the property but were able to be seated at the Cafe when the whole family gathered. Great service and bang for your buck there. "I loved the size of our room (2 adults, 1 king bed). The room was spacious and clean, the fridge and microwave were perfect for our snacks. The TV is good quality with lots of channels and an HDMI box available for your needs (we connected our gaming console). Overall the price for 4 days was great especially because it was within vicinity of the river. Also, there's a Family Dollar across the street stocked with any grocery needs. There are also gas stations nearby which is so helpful...

"When I arrived my room was not ready. The person who helped me said it was going to be 30 minutes before it was ready - She found a room that was actually available, and that was very nice of her. However, the room was in very poor conditions. There was no TV, no soap for hands, no bag on the garbage can. It had nothing in there. It looked empty. "First room was giving to me with a tv , ac unit, phone that didn’t not work and dirty couches. Not to mention there’s no ice machines on any of the floors . Got moved to a second room with an even dirtier couch and with a tv that had lines in the middle of it … definitely should’ve looked around for something better nothing like the reviews."
